PPBC accepts a limited number of 1-to-1 personal training clients on a month to month basis only. Training programs start at the beginning of each month. To determine of 1-to-1 services are right for you, please contact us to receive your application and to schedule a consultation call.

Please note that all training programs start at the beginning of each month.  For example, if you are interested in coaching for January 1st the deadline for your application is 5 days before the end of December.
